~ DREAM FOR ME ~

It's hard for me to hear the right chords... but I think that the chords from the intro are
Em (022000), open G (355000) and D (maybe open too, who knows!) the "sleeeeeeeeeeeeep my little child..." chords are: e 0 0 0 B 3 3 3 G x 3 4 D 4 x x A x x x E x x x sorry, that's all I know maybe a real human being can tab the song correctly

I think this might be Chauntelle’s guitar part. ~ LOST AT SEA (demo) ~

This is a VERY rough guess at what it is. Those darn DuPree girls and their weird, beautiful chords
--they're hard to figure out! Verse: Dm Am Gm Chorus: D Bm Em C Bridge: Cmaj7 Am7 Bm7 Em Oh, and the really strange chord at the end of the chorus the first and last times through sounds like
it's an F#augmented, in which you add a dominant 7th and flat 13th... On guitar, you'd play that chord like this: ---x----- ---3----- ---3----- ---2----- ---x----- ---2----- That's the shape of that chord that Jeff Buckley used on "Lover, You Should've Come Over," and it just
happens to be the same voicing. I like it a lot, but it's a weird one!
- bgburroughs on Thu Jan 08, 2004 2:00 pm

--------------

I went ahead and figured it out again, and there are a couple of minor changes. Here it is, complete with
most of the lyrics:
 Verse 1:
Dm
Sailing all the way...
Am
And I'm not so afraid
Gm
Lost at sea, as I should be
Am
And I'm not so scared Gm
Lost at sea, you and I, you and me
 Chorus:
D
Congratulations
Bm
Cause we've made it
Em
All the way home
C
All the way home
D
And you know that
Bm
Until the stars fall
Em
I will always love you
C F#aug
I will always love you
Verse 2 (same as verse 1)
Chorus (omit F#aug at the end)
 Bridge:
Am9 D7/A
Still glowing soft
Bm7
I am dreaming
Emsus
Of what I have lost
Am9 D7/A
And still with my fingers
Bm7
Drawing circles
Emsus
In water, in water
Am9
And still, still you're always there
 Chorus

(bass tab)
i was bored, so i threw this together really quick. my apologies if someone else already did this
and posted it anywhere. let me know what you think, and if you want me to tab anything else, just ask. mr. pine by: eisley tabbed by: ryan fisher intro/verse: g----------------------------------------------------------- d--------------------2-4-2---------------------------------- a------12---7----3-5-------5-------------------------------- e--5-------------------------------------------------------- the last one goes like this: g----------------------------------------------------------- d----------------------------------------------------------- a-----------7----------------------------------------------- e--5------5------------------------------------------------- soft hushed breath, it goes in and out, in and out... g----------------------------------------------------------- d----------------------------------------------------------- a--3-3-------3--3------------------------------------------- e-----------------------------5-5----------1---1-1---------- for this part, it's all about the groove when you're playing it. this isn't your typical 4/4 chop sort of thing, so listen to the bass and the kick drum and get a good feel for it. there are also a few little fills here and there to liven things up a bit, such as this one: g----------------------------------------------------------- d----------------------------------------------------------- a--3-3----3--3---5-7-5-3--------------3--------------------- e----------------------------5-5----5-----1---1-1----------- pale blue frosted cakes for us to feed on... g----------------------------------------------------------- d----------------------------------------------------------- a----------------------------------------------------------- e--1-----1--------------------5--------5-------------------- that's really all there is to it. simple but highly effective.

~ MY LOVELY ~

I'm not at home or anywhere near a guitar at the moment, but I'll try to remember what I can from
when I figured this out a while ago. I believe the intro/first verse goes a little something like this. Bm <---That should be a B major (B) chord, not B minor. How do you Em Wait on me Bm <---That should be a B major (B) chord, not B minor. Why do you Em Wait for me C I'm feeling D Alone without you G Here by my Am <---That should be E minor (Em), not A minor (Am) Side C I'm lost and D Alone without you G Here in my Am <---That should be E minor (Em), not A minor (Am) Arms C Oh, la... G Here's a song for you, Am Lovely ... and if you've got the chorus worked out, you know the rest. I'm sure I made some mistakes in there;
I'll check when I get home tonight. Happy playing! EDIT: I almost forgot the bridge. I believe it's Em followed by either C or Am. Probably C. <---the correct
chord is G major (G) after the E minor (Em), and then the bridge ends in an A minor (Am) chord.

(bass tab)

I just figured it out real quick, I think this is the verse... you can figure out the rhythm:
Db A Ab E
It just repeats that until about 1:25

From then until about 1:56 it does:
Db A Ab

Then it goes back to the verse part
Then it goes back to the second part

This might be wrong, I just did it in like, two minutes. I think I might have even missed a part, but it
fits over the song, even if it's not right. So whatevs. - hisownshot The part that you were thinking of is when they play the intro chords again. 'Sept this time theres a bass
and that bass goes: E EB A - Clark

Listen to me, please sit down and stay

I'm gonna build a house and hide away
Dm
Gather timbers from the ground
Dm Am
I'll build a castle that won't fall down

Our heads will come bright flowers

I don't know, I can't contain my heartbeat
Bb
I am dancing, shrouded by green trees

And humming children to sleep

I love to watch the light you spread to the room
See how it dances from you, to me, to you
With our laughter, bright white sound
I'll build a castle that won't fall down
And when I'm done
The clock will stop and from
Our heads will come bright flowers

I don't know, I can't contain my heartbeat
I am dancing, shrouded by green trees
I am whirling, wearing my sun feet
And humming children to sleep

~ THEY ALL SURROUNDED ME ~

Okay, I just listened to the song and messed with it for 10 minutes or so, and here's a very rough,
basic outline of how to play it. I just showed a verse, a bridge, and a chorus, so it should get you
started. That's why all of the lyrics aren't there--some are just there for reference points.
 C
I gathered my thoughts...
Am---------------------------C
I started to whistle and walk to the beat
Am--------------------------------C
That my heart played constantly on repeat
 F---------------Dm----Dm(add maj7 note)
They all surrounded me
 Gm----------------------------------------------------------G
And that's when a giant dragon jumped over the hill...
F
No, no, no, no way sir
G
No, no, no, no, no not today sir
F---------------Dm----Dm(add maj7 note)
You won't surround me
Oh--to play that "Dm (add maj7 note)," just play the 2nd fret on the B string instead of the 3rd
like you do on the regular Dm.

~ TREE TOPS ~

i found out the bridge in Treetops, but only in vocals played on the keyboard, and I don't have my key board with me. But I know it
involves some sharps and flats. I'm gonna try and remember it now...
Ab Gb B, Ab Gb E(or maybe F), Ab Gb B Ab A Ab Gb, Ab Gb Ab C B Ab Gb F E

Mind you, these are just solemn notes, and they will be one octave higher than the middle C. And I'm not completely sure about them either, but they sound right with the right timing. - EisleyForever on Wed Oct 01, 2003 10:52 am

verse: C---G (back and forth) then..
(G)i did not care, (F)i did not care (back and forth)
(C) ah ah.....(F) aha aha aha....(repeat)
(F)i'll float....(G)the sun...(B-flat)I will grow...(F)everywhere....
(sorry that's a little rough and hard to follow)
